MAYAN FARM comprises more than 100 acres of fertile grazing land along Kin Kin Creek in the stunning Noosa Hinterland.
As a working farm it houses a variety of livestock including droughtmaster cattle, quarterhorses, a small flock of sheep and muscovy ducks. All animals are free to roam the large paddocks, ensuring their health and wellbeing.
Located on the Noosa Trail Network, Mayan Farm offers environmentally-friendly, sustainable accommodation currently comprising of Mayan Luxe Villas – a whole-of-house experience with sweeping views of the surrounding farmland and countryside.

Mayan Luxe Villas is constructed from rammed earth and recycled timbers including railway sleepers, old bridge timbers and timbers from the original slab hut building on Mayan Farm. Accommodation features exceptional craftsmanship and polished concrete floors – cool in summer and warm in winter.

This place is just absolutely stunning! We had planned to spend days/nights out enjoing Noosa, however we just loved it so much that we stayed here our entire stay! We can see that every little detail has been so well thought out that each guest here will just fall in love and come back.. Thank you so much for an incredible stay.
Such an enjoyable 4 night stay at Mayan Luxe Villas. Beautiful, peaceful countryside – stunning views with the sound of farm animals in the distance. A gorgeous rammed earth house with all the comforts of a 5 star retreat.
