It comprises a central living/dining pavilion with a chef’s kitchen, QB/study and 2 separate self-contained KB villa suites with decks. One has access to an outdoor bathtub/shower with views. A QB fold-out sofa in the living area is available if required.
FEATURES: Private plunge pool, several alfresco entertaining areas, woodfire pizza oven, BBQ firepit. Pets by prior arrangement, subject to agreement of Pet Policy.

Our 4 new Mayan Farm Villas are located overlooking Kin Kin Creek at the bottom of Mayan Farm.
Each comprises a living/dining space with a galley kitchen leading to an entertaining deck with firepit. QB fold-out sofa in lounge if required. A breezeway separates this space from the KB bedroom with ensuite and outdoor bathtub.
Villa 1 – Karinya is disabled-friendly.
Villa 1 – Karinya and Villa 4 – Cooinda – have an outdoor spa and pet friendly enclosed space (subject to agreement of Pet Policy)

This place is just absolutely stunning! We had planned to spend days/nights out enjoing Noosa, however we just loved it so much that we stayed here our entire stay! We can see that every little detail has been so well thought out that each guest here will just fall in love and come back.. Thank you so much for an incredible stay.
Such an enjoyable 4 night stay at Mayan Luxe Villas. Beautiful, peaceful countryside – stunning views with the sound of farm animals in the distance. A gorgeous rammed earth house with all the comforts of a 5 star retreat.
