Accommodation rates

NOTE: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

Mayan Luxe Villas is offered as an entire, private property.

Bookings for 1 room includes entire Mayan Luxe Villas (sleeps 2-8).

This includes exclusive use of the plunge pool, pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor bathtub with a view.

RATES FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS

2 WEEK NIGHTS (SUN – THURS) $950
2 WEEKEND NIGHTS (FRI – SUN) $1,200

RATES FOR UP TO 8 GUESTS MAXIMUM

Additional $50 per person per night for more than 4 guests

PEAK SEASON/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Important information

BOOKING POLICY

  • Minimum 2 night stay.
  • 50% deposit required on booking.
  • 50% payment deducted 7 days prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time  strictly: 1.00pm. Check-out time strictly 10.00am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations with less than 30 days notice in writing will incur a 50% fee.
  • No-shows will incur a 100% fee.

CHILD POLICY 

  • Children over 2yo are counted as guests. 
  • Please note Mayan Luxe Villas is not fenced so adults must ensure the safety of children at all times. The plunge pool is child-proofed to safety standards.

PET POLICY

  • Pets by prior arrangement only.
  • There is a $20 per night per pet fee. (This may alter slightly eg 2 very small dogs = 1 pet).
  • The Villas is not fenced for pets, so for their safety and that of the farm animals and wildlife, a pet must be monitored at all times.
  • Wild dogs have been a problem locally in the past and council have been proactive in managing them via traps and baits, so please do not let your pet wander.
  • No barking dogs please. We like our neighbours and we want them to continue to like us as well.
  • Please, No pets on the furniture or beds. Bring a throw rug if you think your pet may struggle with this rule.
  • All dog messes to be collected and disposed of.
  • Dogs cannot be left alone at the Villas.

VISITOR POLICY

You must advise us prior to your arrival of ANY proposed visitors to Mayan Luxe Villas during your stay.

  • If you have any proposed friends/family visiting during your stay who are not paying guests, you MUST let us know in advance.
  • Mayan Luxe Villas STRICTLY sleeps up to 8pp who are paying guests. If you plan on increasing your guest numbers advise us immediately.

SPECIAL OCCSAIONS

  • We can cater for small functions for up to 8pp e.g. elopements, birthdays, long lunches or dinners.
