Our new luxury, sustainable retreat accommodation is located at Mayan Farm, overlooking Kin Kin Creek.

Each villa has a ground floor area of 80sqm and is perfect for 2pp – but can sleep 4pp.

All offer a central entertaining space with a fully-equipped galley kitchen, dining and living area including a comfortable QB fold-out sofa if required, a spacious outdoor deck and firepit.

In a separate part of each villa there is a King Bed bedroom with a bathroom (shower/toilet) leading to a hand-crafted large outdoor bath so you can soak under the stars!

Villas 1 and 4  feature an outdoor spa and are pet-friendly with an enclosed area. Villa 1 is disabled-friendly.

The villas have been built using the natural construction material rammed earth, together with recycled plantation timbers, glass, wide eaves, skillion rooves, water tanks and an enviro-septic treatment system.

All infrastructure was developed in a sustainable manner. Similar to Mayan Luxe Villas House accommodation, fixtures and finishes are bespoke with custom-made recycled timber furniture.

Located on land at Mayan Farm that was historically used for horse activities, we have protected the environmental and rural values of the area.
