Sustainable luxury

We have commenced building four rammed earth villas for new luxury, sustainable retreat accommodation on a separate part of Mayan Farm, overlooking Kin Kin Creek and surrounded by a myriad of nature-based experiences.

Each villa will include a ground floor area of 80sqm comprising a kitchen/living and dining area and a bedroom/bathroom area.

The villas are being built using the natural construction material rammed earth, together with recycled plantation timbers, glass, wide eaves, skillion rooves, water tanks and an enviro-septic treatment system.

All infrastructure is being developed in a sustainable manner to provide a unique luxury accommodation experience. Similar to Mayan Luxe Villas existing accommodation, fixtures and finishes will be bespoke with custom-made recycled timber furniture.

Located on grounds historically used for horse activities there is minimal effect to the land, protecting the environmental and rural values of the area.

The new villas will serve as a base for visitors to explore Noosa and the Hinterland. Sustainability is encouraged, with planned experiences to include farm- to-plate dining, electric bikes and buggy farm tours. Enjoy doorstep access to the Noosa trail network for hiking and biking or take a kayak and explore the Noosa Everglades.
