 Verified We had a great stay at Kinkin Mayan Luxe Villa. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were welcomed with delicious sourdough bread and butter, which was a lovely touch. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.  Verified There’s something intrinsically special about this place — and the photos genuinely don’t do it justice. From the layout of the rooms to the beautifully designed communal spaces, everything has been considered. The amenities are exceptional — the pool, fire pit, and pizza oven all add to the experience — but it’s the attention to detail that really sets it apart. Every nook and corner has been thoughtfully curated, and the overall aesthetic is simply stunning. It feels like a seamless blend between a game farm and a Tuscan villa.  Verified We had a wonderful stay in this quiet countryside town. The place was very comfortable, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy a slow, peaceful time away from the city. Everything was great, and we felt very much at home.One of the highlights was the pizza oven — we made our own pizza and baked it there, which was a really fun and memorable experience.  Verified Beautiful rammed earth buildings on a mountain in Kinkin. We would definitely love to rebook for another getaway. The outdoor shower is a must and the best way to start the day. The grapes were ripe and ready to eat off the vine, they were juicy and sweet. The fire pit is definitely the heart of this home. Remember to bring firewood. Thanks for hosting Jodie.

 Verified We absolutely loved our stay at Jodie’s place. It was perfect for a pre Christmas get aways with our adult children. Each seperate wing meant we had as much privacy as we wanted, but the living spaces and outdoor areas were incredible and created the perfect environment for spending time together. WOWZA!!! What a magical place you have created. We stayed 2 marvellous days, definitely not long enough. Mark my words, we will return and for much longer. Thank you for creating such an amazing place to enjoy a getaway. The accommodation, views, outdoor bath, freshly baked bread on arrival and delivered pre-cooked meal was absolutely perfect.
