Your host, Jodie Williams, is an award-winning Chef and also operates Black Ant Gourmet @ Kin Kin General Store, less than a 5 minute drive from Mayan Luxe Villas. Details and opening hours.

NOTE:

If you have ANY visitors during your stay, this needs to be advised for approval in advance.
Strictly no parties, and noise/music outside must be shutdown by 10.00pm as per Council regulations.
All proposed small functions – boutique weddings, elopments, long lunches – MUST be planned prior. It is a requirement that Black Ant Gourmet provide catering for any on-site functions.

Informal dining for in-house guests (2-10pp)

Breakfast

The BBB – Black ant Breakfast Basket – Fresh, local produce – Selection of seasonal fruit, 1/2 dozen eggs, bacon, 2 avocadoes bread, butter and locally-made spreads e.g. honey, jam. $55 – serves 4
Breakfast is also available at Black Ant Gourmet @ Kin Kin General Store.

Lunch

Gourmet picnic hampers include cheese platter, ploughman’s lunch, sweet finish and bottle of champagne/wine. $70 for 2pp, $120 for 4pp
BBQ package (BBQ yourself, prepared meats and skewers), plus 3 salads $30 pp
Lunch is also available at Black Ant Gourmet @ Kin Kin General Store.

Dinner

Pizzas for the Pizza Oven – Supreme, Hawaiian, Chicken, Vegetarian, Pork, Beef, Prawn… Name your topping (Cook yourself, 1 pizza pp) $20 pp
Pizzas for the Pizza Oven (Cook yourself, 1 pizza pp), plus 2 salads $25 pp
BBQ package (BBQ yourself, prepared meats and skewers), plus 3 salads $30 pp
Country-style Fare – Main course and dessert. (Main course delivered cooked and ready to eat/re-heat.) $40 pp

In-house Chef dining experience

Canapes, main, dessert. $55 pp (2 hour service time)
Entrée, main, dessert. $65 pp (3 hour service time)
Canapes, entrée, main, dessert. $75 pp (4 hour service time)

Less than 6 people for this dining option is an additional $20 pp

Includes table service and cleaning up after main and serving dessert.

NOTE: Guests outside of 6-12pp by arrangement only. Additional guests on-site other than those staying at the Villas must be part of a Catering Package.
